Sierra / Silverado; No audio in Bose-equipped vehicles

In Bose-equipped vehicles, all audio components are connected in a loop. Missing any component causes no sound. The included jumpers in the kit bypass unused audio components, specifically the external CD or DVD drive. Two jumpers are provided—use only the one that fits your drive and discard the other.
