Ram Truck, Climate Control on Radio Not Working

If the kit is functioning properly except for the climate control information not displaying correctly on the radio, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Applicable Kits: RB10RAM13, RB10RAM13HP, RB10RAM13X, SRK-RAM13H, SRK-RAM13HX

1. Begin by starting the truck to ensure the system is powered on and ready.
2. Once the radio has fully loaded, access the settings menu by navigating to the following path: Settings, then select the Installer tab located at the top right corner of the screen. From there, proceed to PAC advanced settings, and finally choose Application Info.
3. Within the Application Info section, select the option to perform a factory reset specifically for the RadioPro system. This reset will restore the radio's settings to their original state, which often resolves issues related to climate control information display.
4. After the radio completes the reset and reloads, verify whether the climate control information is now functioning correctly on the display.
5. If the climate control information still does not appear or function properly after performing the factory reset, it is recommended to contact technical support for further assistance. In some cases, a more in-depth inspection may be necessary, which could involve removing the dashboard to examine the kit components located behind it to ensure everything is properly connected and installed.
