Gladiator JT & Wrangler JL / JLU: Troubleshooting a Heigh10+, Horizon10, or Horizon12 Radio Kit

If the kit is not working properly or the factory camera quits working, try these steps to fix the issue.

Open the hood and locate the fuse box next to the battery. Remove the radio fuse for 5 seconds. The radio fuse is F97, a 20-amp yellow fuse (Figure 1).
After reinserting the fuse, close the fuse box and hood, then start the Jeep.
After the radio restarts, go to Settings and select Load Defaults.
After the radio restarts, navigate to: Settings / Installer (top right tab) / PAC advanced settings / Application Info.
Select a factory reset for the RPA-HD1.
Select a factory reset for the PAC-LINK PL-1.
Select a factory reset for the RadioPRO.
After the radio restarts, cycle the key off (or press the push-to-start button). The radio should shut off. Wait 5 seconds and then turn the Jeep back on.
Check the kit for proper function. If issues persist, contact technical support. The dashboard should be removed to inspect the kit components behind it.
