If the kit is not working properly or the factory camera quits working, try these steps to fix the issue.
- Open the hood and locate the fuse box next to the battery. Remove the radio fuse for 5 seconds. The radio fuse is F97, a 20-amp yellow fuse (Figure 1).
- After reinserting the fuse, close the fuse box and hood, then start the Jeep.
- After the radio restarts, go to Settings and select Load Defaults.
- After the radio restarts, navigate to: Settings / Installer (top right tab) / PAC advanced settings / Application Info.
- Select a factory reset for the RPA-HD1.
- Select a factory reset for the PAC-LINK PL-1.
- Select a factory reset for the RadioPRO.
- After the radio restarts, cycle the key off (or press the push-to-start button). The radio should shut off. Wait 5 seconds and then turn the Jeep back on.
- Check the kit for proper function. If issues persist, contact technical support. The dashboard should be removed to inspect the kit components behind it.
