If the volume knob has never worked, or worked but quit shortly after installation, follow these steps to correct the problem.
- Start the vehicle.
- On the radio, navigate to Settings / Load Defaults.
- Select Reset.
- After the radio loads up, test the volume knob.
For the Horizon12 radio:
- Make sure the volume knob is plugged in. Refer to the instructions included with the kit for more details.
