If you are experiencing issues with the IE268 radio, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

Is the radio not coming on?
- Does the radio have power? Inspect the Red and Yellow wires at the radio’s main connector for 12V DC power.
- Does the Yellow wire have 12V DC power? If not, you may have blown a vehicle fuse during installation.
- Does the Red wire have 12V DC power with the key on?

For kits with a PAC data interface module:
- On the module, there should be a red power status light (Figure A).

If the light is off:
- Is the module plugged in and seated all the way in?
- Unplug the module, then plug it back in.
- Does the Yellow wire on the module have 12V DC power? If not, inspect the module's inline fuse. If the inline fuse is good, you may have blown a vehicle fuse during installation.
- If the module is plugged in and has power, it may be faulty. Contact technical support for further troubleshooting steps.

For kits without a PAC data interface module:
- Is the power adapter harness plugged in at the cigarette lighter?
- Does the Red wire have 12V DC power with the key on? If not, you may have blown a vehicle fuse during installation.
- On the module, there should be a red power status light (Figure A).

For kits with a PAC data interface module:
Does the radio come on yet have no sound?
- Does the vehicle have a factory amplifier?

For kits with a PAC data interface module:
- If the harness/module offers Amplified or Non-Amplified options, ensure the correct one is selected.

For kits without a PAC data interface module:
- The factory amplifier must be bypassed.

For kits with a PAC data interface module:
Are the steering wheel controls not working?

For kits with a PAC data interface module:
- Make sure the radio select switch is set to the correct position, and was set with no power to the module (unplugged).
- For modules with a dial, set to 4.
- For modules with DIP switches, enable (push down) switch 3.
- Make sure the radio select switch is set to the correct position, and was set with no power to the module (unplugged).

For kits without a PAC data interface module:
- The PAC SWI-CP2 steering wheel control interface will be required (sold separately).
