If the kit is not working properly or the factory camera quits working, try these steps to fix the issue.
- Open the hood and locate the fuse box next to the battery. Remove the radio fuse for 5 seconds. The radio fuse is F97, a 20-amp yellow fuse. (Figure A)
- After reinserting the fuse, close the fuse box and hood, then start the Jeep.
- After the radio loads up, navigate to Settings / System Settings and search for Load Defaults. Select to reset the radio.
- After the radio loads up, navigate to: Settings / System Settings / Installer (0052) / Advanced Vehicle Settings / About.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see RPA-HD1 and then Select Factory Reset.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see PAC-LINK PL-1, and then Select Factory Reset.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see RadioPro, and then Select Factory Reset.
- After the radio loads up, cycle the key off (or press the push-to-start button). The radio should shut off. Wait 5 seconds and then turn the Jeep back on.
Check the kit for proper functionality. If the kit is still not working correctly, please contact technical support for further troubleshooting. It would be best if the dashboard were apart to inspect the kit components behind the dashboard.
