- Open the hood and locate the fuse box. Open the fuse box and then remove the radio fuse for 5 seconds. The radio fuse is the only green fuse in the fuse box. (Figure A)
- After reinserting the fuse, close the fuse box and hood, then start the Jeep.
- Once the radio has loaded up, navigate to the Settings page and select Load Defaults to reset the radio.
- After the radio loads back up, proceed to: Settings > Installer (top right tab) > PAC Advanced Settings > Application Info. Select the factory reset option for the RadioPro. (*)
- After the radio loads up, cycle the key off. The radio should shut off. Wait 5 seconds and then turn the Jeep back on.
- Verify that the kit is now working properly. If the issue persists, please contact technical support for further assistance. It may be necessary to disassemble the dashboard to inspect the kit components located behind it.
(*) Note: If you don't see the PAC Advanced Settings folder, that indicates a connection problem to the components behind the dash. Refer to the wiring diagram overview on page 2 of the installation instructions to ensure the components are connected as shown.
