SR-JK11H & STH68JK: Black Screen at Startup

For Jeep's with manual transmissions, the reverse trigger wire must be cut because of the Jeep's reverse circuit design.

• Plug-and-Play kits: With these setups, you need to modify the radio harness by cutting the Purple/White wire from the main connector. After cutting, securely tape the RP4-CH11 module wire end to prevent shorts. The Stinger IE268 radio is shown in the example picture (Figure 1).
• Non-Plug-and-Play kits: For non-plug-and-play setups, do not use the Green reverse wire.
• For both plug-and-play and non-plug-and-play setups, connect the radio's reverse wire directly to the vehicle's reverse light wire if a backup camera is installed.  This ensures the backup camera activates when the vehicle is in reverse.
